Aku Design 3D was asked to build 4 traditional building such as Chinese Townhouse, Rumah Bumbung Panjang Melaka, Rumah Perabung Lima Perak and also Rumah Tiang 12 of Kelantan that going to be featured in a game that still in the making. The end product that submitted to clients completed 3D working file together with selected texture such as timber, textures for trees also stone. Lighting setting also included.
The concept of the show unit for this new development in Penang is quite straight forward since that exterior already speak the language. But in manner to make more lively, the sense of hipster and young is added, together with the colour scheme selection that try to respond the tropics climate. Using finishes that maybe quite "alien" to us Malaysian for residential such as painted bricks and random cut timber plank, becoming selling point for the development and also new idea of interior for the buyer-to-be.

By the using of classical detailing especially on the cornice, additional column, high ceiling and patterned stone floors. Some of the lighting were also custom design especially for Balairong Seri and The Grand Lobby that try to used well-known shape and pattern from Malay World such as Bangau Perahu.
One of the grandest building in Johor Bahru is Istana Besar of Johor Bahru, a Colonial-Classical design palace stately sits facing the banks of Selat Tebrau and Singapore. Regarding on Sultan Ibrahim of Johor Crowning Ceremony that were held on 23rd of March 2015, the renovation work started on 2013. The project mainly focused on 2 main area which is Dewan Singgahsana (Throne Hall) and Dewan Santapan (Banquet Hall). The Palace itself already 149 years old, and because of that, the existing Interior Design concept have to be retained. This is include on the concept of Throne design that taken from Buckingham Palace of London with a bit of taste of Islam by featuring the crescent-moon and star on the top of the Throne. The overall main colour scheme were navy blue which is the colour of Johore flag.
Nando's, one of Malaysia respected francais name, started from early 2015 have decided to re-branding. By trying incorporate art and try to bring them close with the public. Nando's in Atria Mall, Petaling Jaya interior design are among the first Nando's outlet in Malaysia that try to incorporate this purpose. The concept is like having your meal within an art gallery. It also featuring African-native motives and colours by featuring custom design pendant light, ceiling features and counter bulkhead pattern.
